Terms for controlled TokVault Web access preparation.
TokVault Web is preparing public access. Public production login, payment and download access are not generally open yet.
Controlled staging is used to validate account verification, password reset, membership status and payment-boundary behavior.
You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
You are responsible for keeping your account access secure. Do not share private verification links, reset links, passwords, wallet seed phrases, private keys or payment secrets with support.
Use TokVault only for media and account activity that you own, control or are authorized to manage.
Do not use TokVault for unlawful, abusive, infringing, automated, deceptive or security-bypass activity.
Web Premium is separate from any iOS App Store subscription.
BTC or BTCPay-related checkout activity does not create access until server-side billing verification confirms payment finality.
Browser state, redirects, invoice identifiers, checkout links, QR visibility and interface text do not prove payment or unlock Premium.
Download access remains subject to future entitlement and download-limit rules.
Pre-production services may change, pause or be limited while security, billing and compliance gates are completed.
Refund handling, billing support and questions about these terms are handled through support@tokvault.app until final production policies are published.
